In-Store Purchases

- Exchanges-
Togs by Madio will gladly exchange items within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers. Items must be returned with all Togs by Madio tags still attached and with the original receipt. Items can be exchanged in any of our retail store within the time period and all condition above should be met. If items given as a gift, please ensure to write the invoice number on Togs by Madio tag. - Discounted items:
Discounted items cannot be exchanged again. - Final sale items:
- Undergarments, fashion accessories (handbags, Accessories, jewelries, & cosmetics) swimwear, gift cards, and e-cards are all final sale items & cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased a product online at Togs by Madio website(www.togsbymadio.com ), you may return it at one of their stores, provided you have your receipt. They can only process an exchange if you return it in-store. You will not get a refund. If you are returning an item because what you received was defective or the incorrect one, you may return it at any Togs by Madio Store based at Mahabage or Ja-ela for an exchange or store credit. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by customers should be done before the purchased/ordered items are dispatched from Togs by Madio. No refunds will be made for the already purchased items. For Cancellations, email us on togsbymadio@gmail.com Togs by Madio reserves the right to cancel any order without providing reasons or explanation for same, if under the prevailing circumstances, the requirement cannot be met. However, Togs by Madio will ensure that any such
cancellation will be communicated and notified to the customer and that any refund, if applicable will be made to the customer within a reasonable period of time.
How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization– We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the items.
- Pack the Items– Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, including the return authorization form. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
